Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

Cloud Nine Loyalty Card holders will receive one stamp for every transaction made on treatments (not products).  The card requires nine stamps before qualifying for the 10th (5% off) stamp.

Once the card is full, the customer will receive a 5% discount of the accumulative spend made over the previous nine transactions on treatments (not products) to be used against their next eligible treatment purchase.  No minimum spend is required to claim the discount.

The loyalty card is valid for 12 months from the date of the first validated stamp.

The total spend each transaction only includes treatments and does not include products sold at Cloud Nine.

Customers purchasing a gift voucher will receive a stamp on the loyalty card.  It is the customers decision whether he/she keeps the loyalty card or gives this as part of the gift.

The 5% discount can only be redeemed by the person whose name is written on the front.

The 5% discount cannot be used to purchase products.

When using your 5% discount, no change or stamps (on a new loyalty card) will be issued.

Only one full card can be used per transaction.

If you forget your loyalty card, please ask a member of the team to validate your payment card receipt.  You can bring the validated receipt back into Cloud Nine on the date of your next treatment to have your stamps added to your loyalty card.

Cloud Nine reserves the right to exclude certain treatments from this offer at any time.

Cloud Nine cannot offer a voucher or replacement for lost loyalty cards, but will be happy to issue customers with a new, blank card.

Loyalty cards and stamps will be offered at the discretion of Cloud Nine in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Cloud Nine reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or alter the loyalty card scheme, promotions and offers at any time.
