Jacqui launched Cloud Nine in 2008 and has never looked back. Originally qualifying from Bournemouth and Poole College, Jacqui then spent many years working at a high-end spa within a well-known hotel group. Here she gained the crucial experience she needed in customer care, business and treatments.
Subsequently she channelled this into opening her own luxurious salon; Cloud Nine was born.
